Funeral Reception Team: Volunteer to bake or help host

Our main jobs: We provide hospitality for Plymouth receptions. We prepare and set up the room (usually in Greenwood/Burling or Waveland, depending on size of reception). We drape the tables with freshly laundered tablecloths, make coffee, put out pitchers of iced water, iced tea, lemonade, etc. Oftentimes families provide catered lunches, so as needed, we work with the caterer to put out the food trays and arrange. As requested, we assist the family in displaying their memorabilia. We make sure the room is in beautiful order for the family to host their guests. It is our great honor to ease the burden of families as they mourn and celebrate the lives of their loved ones.
