Plymouth Women Wisdom Walks

Hungering to move your body and spirit?

Women of different ages and backgrounds gathering to walk and talk. A question will be posed at the start of the walk, and we can chew on it for as little or long as we like. We will walk 3 miles, but our heart rates will be charged by the conversation, not the speed of the walk. This isn’t about burning calories but rather forming connections. Can’t walk that far? No problem! Turn around anytime.

First Mondays at 12 p.m.
Third Saturdays at 8 a.m.
Start times are prompt.

Our meeting place has changed to Ashworth Pool Bill Riley Trailhead at Greenwood Park

Bring a friend. Or two. Or three. And if you can come twice a month or twice a year, you are welcome any time. No pressure and no sense of obligation. This is open to anyone, not just Plymouth women.
